Phoenix Academy is seeking an outstanding Exams Officer / Admin Assistant to join our team in September 2025. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive colleague to join Phoenix Academy in supporting our students to achieve their best outcomes.
Phoenix Academy is a flourishing mixed, non-selective secondary school and sixth form in Shepherd’s Bush, London, admitting students from ages 11 to 18. We are incredibly proud to have achieved an 'Outstanding in all areas' Ofsted result in 2024, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in teaching, student achievement, and overall school performance. This achievement highlights our dedication to providing the highest standard of education and a nurturing, supportive environment for all our students.
As part of the Future Academies Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), we share their vision of excellence and offer a stimulating, knowledge-rich curriculum, complemented by a broad range of extracurricular activities and a robust pastoral support system. Our inclusive community welcomes all children, ensuring they are challenged to be the best they can be and supported in every step of their educational journey. With the backing of our sponsors, Future, we work closely with top-tier teachers, leading universities, and some of the country’s most prominent employers to ensure that every student is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and ambition to excel in any path they choose. Our ethos is embodied in our Trust values—Knowledge, Aspiration, and Respect—and in our school motto, libertas per cultum (“freedom through education”).
Phoenix Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. To this end both an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and a Barred List check are required for this role.
