The Role

This is an exciting time to join Barclay Academy. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Music & Trips Administrator to join our supportive and committed administration team.


The role involves the administration of school trips and private music lessons and assisting with covering the Academy Reception.


The role is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025, for 37 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm, term-time plus one week. Part-time applications will be considered. The contract will be reviewed in July to extend or to make permanent.
